Driving Directions:
Sky Ridge Medical Center is located in Lone Tree, Colorado (South of metro Denver, North of Castle Rock), at the southwest corner of Lincoln Avenue and I-25 (south of Park Meadows Mall and HWY C-470). Sky Ridge is situated immediately off I-25 and visible from the highway.
From I-25, exit at Lincoln Avenue, and head West to Park Meadows Blvd. Turn left on Park Meadows Blvd and continue south. The medical center is on the left, approximately ¼ - ½ mile south of Lincoln Avenue.
National Bariatric Center is located in the Conifer Building, Suite 390. The Conifer Building (large sign on building) and its parking area is situated on the southern side of the medical center complex, next to the Emergency Room wing.
