Dear Dr. Chae,

Because of your talent, expertise and guidance I was able to complete a Sprint Triathlon (1/2 mile swim, 12-mile bike and 3 mile run)!!! A year and a half ago I was carrying an extra 115 pounds and was winded walking up one flight of stairs… what an amazing difference. It makes me realize that the last 15-20 pounds I am struggling to lose aren't that important in the grand scheme of things J Here are a couple pics of me at the finish line with my family and key supporters.
